The WiKo Y52 succeeds the WiKo Y51, which was released in January 2021.This model features a UNISOC SC9832E processor, a quad-core CPU clocked at 1.4 GHz, paired with a Mali-T820 MP1 GPU. The SoC supports 4G LTE connectivity, enabling faster mobile data speeds compared to its predecessor.
The device has a 5.0-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. It is equipped with 1 GB of RAM adn 16 GB of internal storage. Storage can be expanded up to 64 GB via a microSD card slot. The phone runs on Android 11 Go Edition, a lightweight version of android designed for entry-level hardware.
Camera capabilities include a single 5-megapixel rear sensor accompanied by an LEAD flash. The front camera is a VGA sensor, suitable for basic video calls and selfies. The phone supports dual SIM functionality, both slots compatible with 4G networks.
Power is supplied by a 2020 mAh non-removable battery. The device includes standard sensors such as an accelerometer and proximity sensor. Available color options are deep Blue,Green,and Gray.
