Teh Wiko Y82 succeeds the Wiko Y81, upgrading the processor from a quad-core to an octa-core chipset. It is indeed equipped with the Spreadtrum (UNISOC) SC9863A octa-core CPU clocked at 1.6 GHz, paired with a PowerVR GE8322 GPU. The device includes 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD card.
The display measures 6.09 inches diagonally and uses an IPS LCD panel. It has a resolution of 720 x 1560 pixels, resulting in a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. This configuration supports basic multimedia and general smartphone use.
Camera hardware consists of a single rear sensor and a front-facing camera. The rear camera is a 13-megapixel Sony IMX258 sensor with phase detection autofocus (PDAF) and an f/2.0 aperture, accompanied by a single LED flash.The front camera is a 5-megapixel sensor intended for selfies and video calls.
