Xiaomi Redmi K30S
The Xiaomi Redmi K30S is an upgraded model of the Redmi K30, which was released in December 2019. This newer version features a Snapdragon 865 processor, replacing the snapdragon 730G found in the original. The device has a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. It supports a 144Hz refresh rate and can reach a peak brightness of 650 nits. The screen includes a dot-notch for the front camera.
In terms of design, the Redmi K30S closely resembles the Xiaomi Mi 10T. The rear camera setup consists of a 64-megapixel primary sensor with phase detection autofocus (PDAF) and an f/1.9 aperture. It is accompanied by a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 5-megapixel macro sensor. The front-facing camera is a 20-megapixel sensor capable of recording video at 1080p at 30fps and 720p at 120fps.
The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset,built on a 7nm+ process,with an octa-core CPU clocked at up to 2.84GHz. Graphics are handled by the Adreno 650 GPU. The phone includes 8GB of RAM and offers internal storage options of 128GB or 256GB, with no support for expandable storage.
Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric security. the Redmi K30S is equipped with a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging and Rapid Charge 4+. It runs MIUI 12 based on Android 10. The device is available in Cosmic Black and Lunar Silver color variants.
