The Redmi Note 9 4G is the seventh model in the Redmi Note 9 series. It was released alongside the Redmi note 9 5G and Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G,primarily targeting the Chinese market.The device features a 6.53-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a dewdrop notch housing the front camera.
The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor, which runs at a maximum clock speed of 2.0 GHz. Graphics are handled by the Adreno 610 GPU. Memory options include 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB of RAM, paired with either 128GB or 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. Storage can be expanded via a microSD card.
On the rear, the Redmi Note 9 4G has a triple-camera setup. The primary sensor is a 48-megapixel unit with phase detection autofocus (PDAF) and an f/1.8 aperture. It is accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. An LED flash is positioned alongside the cameras. The front-facing camera is an 8-megapixel sensor located within the notch.
The device includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric security. It is indeed equipped with a 6000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. Audio output is provided by dual stereo speakers. Connectivity options include dual Nano SIM slots with 4G VoLTE support. The phone runs on Android 10 with MIUI 12 as the user interface.
