TCL 406s

The TCL 406s is an incremental update too the original TCL 406 model. It retains the same 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels. The device continues to use the MediaTek Helio G25 processor, an octa-core chipset clocked at up to 2.0 GHz. The main change is the addition of a higher memory configuration, now offering 4GB of RAM paired with 64GB of internal storage, alongside the existing 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variant.

The phone runs on Google’s Android 13 operating system out of the box. Its camera setup includes a dual rear camera system with a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front-facing camera is a 5-megapixel unit. For biometric security, the TCL 406s features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Connectivity options include dual 4G Nano-SIM support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, bluetooth 5.0, and GPS.

Powering the device is a 5000mAh non-removable battery, which supports standard 10W charging.The phone’s dimensions measure approximately 165.2 x 76.7 x 9.1 mm, and it weighs around 190 grams. Additional sensors include an accelerometer, proximity sensor, and ambient light sensor.Storage can be expanded via a microSD card slot, supporting cards up to 256GB.
